Talent Publicity

At The Lede Company, I support the Talent Publicity team by assisting with the development and organization of key press materials and coverage for high-profile clients. My work includes contributing to scheduling and PR assets for major film projects such as Wicked: For Good (Cynthia Erivo), Superman 2025, and talent including Dwayne Johnson, Riley Keough, and Will Smith. I collaborate on media lists, coverage tracking, press kits, and gaining hands-on experience in celebrity and film publicity.

I designed graphic elements for Cynthia Erivo’s Electronic Press Kit (EPK), helping to visually shape materials that represent her brand and upcoming work.

At MPRM Communications, I supported high-profile entertainment publicity campaigns across television and film. I created press materials, including PR one-sheets and media clips, for NBC’s The Voice and American Ninja Warrior. I assisted on-site as a talent runner at key events such as Slamdance, USC Scripter Awards, and the Indian Film Festival. Additionally, I coordinated press check-in for the Cold Wallet press junket. A major highlight included assisting a senior publicist in scouting and outreach for talent—including Spike Lee—for the 2025 Cannes American Pavilion panels.

As freelance Digital Marketing coordinator for Rideback RISE, I led the creation of social media content and marketing materials for a special masterclass with iconic filmmaker Robert Rodriguez (Spy Kids, From Dusk Till Dawn, Alita: Battle Angel).

I led the graphic design for the official event signage, which was personally approved by Jon M. Chu. I also planned and executed the social media coverage strategy, ensuring it aligned with both Rideback RISE’s brand and Jon Chu’s team’s expectations. Additionally, I managed the photo selection and approval process in close collaboration with his representatives to maintain quality and brand consistency across all public-facing content.

For one of Hollywood’s biggest private events supporting POC mid-career creatives, I designed all visual assets—including red carpet signage, event logos, and branded materials—while working closely with CEOs from companies like Panda Express and Sony to ensure brand consistency and secure approvals. During the event, I managed social media marketing, oversaw real-time photo approvals, and coordinated talent coverage featuring Gabriel Iglesias, Awkwafina, Jimmy O. Yang, and Xolo Maridueña.

I also created and executed the RISE x Jo Koy media rollout, which included developing social assets, managing approvals with Jo Koy’s team, and driving reposts across platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.

At this special masterclass, I collaborated closely with Oscar-nominated director Ava DuVernay and her PR team on behalf of RISE, coordinating photo approvals, social media coverage, and video rollout. I also designed and developed graphic assets that were approved by her team, ensuring they aligned with her brand image and the event’s vision.

During the event, I worked with partner brands, including Don Julio and Park’s Finest BBQ, to capture and promote their presence across social channels.
